CASHBACK REWARD PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

The Micasa Realty Cashback Reward Program (“Program”) is designed to provide eligible buyers and referral partners with exclusive cashback rewards. By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• The Program is open to:
  
• Buyers Registered to the Micasa Realty Cashback Reward Program (Register now), and
  
• Verified property buyers who purchase a qualified unit through Micasa Realty.
  
• Participants must be legal residents of the Philippines, at least 18 years of age.
  
• Only buyers who complete the full transaction process (reservation, down payment, and other requirements and unit turnover) are eligible for cashback.

• Cashback reward applies to selected projects and properties under Micasa Realty.
  
• The cashback amount or percentage will be communicated at the time of purchase or referral.
  
• Cashback is given only once per transaction/unit purchase.
  
• Cashback rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other benefits, unless otherwise stated.

• Cashback will be processed after unit turonver:
  
• The buyer has fully complied with payment and documentation requirements, and
  
• The developer or Micasa Realty has validated the sale, and
• The developer already released the full commission usually upon turnover or after the pagibig loan takeout
  
• Cashback may be released via bank transfer, check, or digital wallet (as agreed).

• The Program cannot be combined with other ongoing promos, discounts, or rewards, unless explicitly stated.
  
• Cashback does not apply to:
  
• Cancelled or forfeited reservations.
  
• Transactions outside the official Micasa Realty channels.
  
• Not registered in the cashback reward program.

• All cashback rewards may be subject to applicable taxes as required by law.
  
• Micasa Realty reserves the right to report rewards to relevant government agencies when applicable.

• The Program is valid for a limited period, subject to extension or termination at the sole discretion of Micasa Realty.
  
• Any changes to the mechanics or reward structure will be announced through official communication channels.

• Micasa Realty reserves the right to deny or cancel cashback rewards if fraud, misrepresentation, or misuse of the Program is detected.
• Violators may be disqualified from future programs.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  
• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Philippine law and the jurisdiction of competent courts.
