Complete Buyer's Guide

Step 1: Inquiry

Contact Micasa Realty for full project details, including location, pricing, discounts, house models, amenities, deliverables, and financing options.

Step 2: Pre-qualification

A sales officer will assess your info to check if you qualify for Pag-IBIG or bank financing and ensure you can afford the unit.

Step 3: Project Viewing

We offer free tripping and will personally show you our model units—contact us in advance to schedule your visit.

Step 4: Reservation

To reserve a unit, submit required documents, pay the reservation fee, and fill out a form. Our sales team will call you for a brief orientation.

Step 5: Requirements

After reservation, you have 30 days to submit all required documents based on your employment and financing type. Incomplete submissions may lead to cancellation.

Step 6: Unit Turn Over / Move In

Once your unit is built, loan approved, and turnover cleared—inspect it, then move in! Congrats and thank you for choosing Micasa Realty!
